To activate my account I understand I must complete the following:

	Show up to initial SCD staff interview on time and as scheduled with SCD staff member
	Provide a copy of your CPR certification or complete a CPR certification course

Once you are an accepted SCD babysitter you must comply with the following:

	Update your availability weekly or as schedule changes occur
	Suspend your schedule immediately when unavailable
	Respond within 24 hours of initial client request by email
	Show up on time to all scheduled babysitting jobs
	Submit feedback immediately regarding completed jobs

I understand that I will be deleted from the site if any of the following violations occur while representating SitterCentralDallas:

	Late or no show to jobs or interviews
	Talking or texting on your cell phone at jobs while children are present
	Inappropriate dress or conduct at jobs
